He has seasoned emotional maturity in addition to his strong technical skills, having worked in Fortune 25 companies’ fires for most of his career. He has strong leadership and relationship-building skills to accompany his goal-oriented attitude. All these softer skills are by-products of working in the fortune 25 space for so many years.

This honest, open, and straightforward IT professional is likable even under project stress for his troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate with the end-user. His digital literacy is understanding Business Analysis roles and translating this to an expert at the technology in the most humble ways that make him desired by many teams. His overall objective in the project is to be a team builder and inspire greatness in others. He takes personal accountability for team success.

Stephen lists the three most significant contributors to his success:

  1. Be fair to everyone, create unique opportunities, play to team member’s strengths, and give them credit for performing.
  2. Have the confidence to take risks when others shy away. You must take risks if you believe the data is correct and can change the business outcome.
  3. Ask good questions, get the correct answers, make informed decisions, and act boldly on them. AKA Design and Execute
